Jason Hartz has been tattooing for over 16 years, but his journey started long before he picked up a professional machine. With a love for art and graffiti, Jason made his first homemade tattoo machine and inked a Thrasher logo on a buddy just for fun. That moment sparked a passion that would eventually become a career and a lifestyle.
Self-taught and hungry to learn, Jason started out as an artist in a shop and soaked up everything he could from those around him. Today, he tattoos just about every style, black ink, color work, realism, neo-traditional, and his personal favorite: freehand biomech. He’s especially drawn to big, detailed pieces that let him bring a client’s vision to life in a bold, lasting way.
Clients know Jason for his straight-up, no-BS approach and a commitment to quality that shows in every piece. He takes the time to sit down, talk through ideas, and design something meaningful and original—something that’ll hold up for life.
When he’s not at the shop, you’ll find him with family, in the gym, or working on canvas and graffiti murals. Every tattoo he wears tells a story—and he’s here to help you tell yours.
